CINDY MANGINELLI
With decades of experience working locally and nationally among victims of domestic violence, people leaving incarceration, women with substance use disorders, refugees, immigrants, people who are unhoused, and other marginalized populations, Cindy serves as a consultant, trainer/facilitator, and crisis counselor for individuals, ministries, and organizations that seek to meaningfully engage their neighbors living in poverty and/or crisis.
Customized
Trainings, retreats, and/or consultation sessions designed to address and explore the challenges and opportunities faced by your team and your community members, aligned with your mission and strategic plan.
Sliding Scale Fee for Service
Understanding that many ministries and organizations serving those in crisis struggle to obtain funding for training and support, fees are calculated based on ability to pay thanks to the generosity of donors committed to the work and workers.

Why Twenty Trees?
It takes approximately twenty trees to build a modest home. What does it take to provide welcome, hospitality – HOME – for someone who is living in poverty, someone who is homeless, someone in crisis? We are committed to exploring, within the context of community, the deep truths of poverty alleviation and the practical daily application of those truths as we endeavor to truly love our neighbor.
